Bio
Dr. Karan Chhabra is a dermatologist who has been working with Guru Nanak Mission Hospital Dhahan-Kaleran, near Banga, in the Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar district in Punjab, since 2024.
In addition to his role at the hospital, he is also an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Punjab Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) in Jalandhar.
He completed his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 2015 at Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to Be University) in Pune, Maharashtra. He then went on to complete his Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Dermatology, Venereology and Leprosy at Government Medical College & Hospital (GMCH) in Chandigarh, Punjab, in 2020.
He completed an eight-month residency at All India Institutes of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand in 2021, as well as an eight-month residency at Punjab Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) in Jalandhar in 2022.
In August, 2021 he completed a four-month Certificate of Aesthetic & Hair Transplant at AK Clinic in Ludhiana, Punjab.
He is currently a member of The Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists, and Leprologists (IADVL).
