Staying in the hospital
In order to prepare for your hospital stay, please bring the following:
- Primary ID
- Your current prescription medicine
- Dentures
- Glasses
- Toiletries
- Sleepwear (i.e. pyjamas, nightgown)
- List of your current medications, including non-prescription drugs and herbal products
- Contact information of your main contact
IMPORTANT: please leave your valuables at home.
Please do not smoke in the hospital.
Food services
Patients are provided with nutritious meals during their stay with us.
Guests and day patients may buy food at our concession.
Purified water at drinking fountains are available throughout the campus.
Rooms
We have private (one person), semi-private (two-person), and shared (three-person or more) rooms available.
You can ask about paying for a private or semi-private room to increase your privacy and comfort.
While there is no guarantee a private room will be available, we try our best to accommodate these requests.
Gardens
Our hospital campus is landscaped and provides pleasant scenery for your stay.
Pharmacy
We have an on-site pharmacy where you may pick up and pay for your doctor-prescribed medications.
Reception area
We have plenty of seats in our reception area for patients and guests.
Bank
Punjab & Sind Bank is located a short walking distance from the hospital. It is on the same campus where the hospital is located.
Gurdwara
A place of worship is a short walk from the hospital.
Parking
Plenty of free parking is available for short and long term stays.
Leaving the hospital
We will work to have you discharged (sent home) as early in the day as possible. Please plan ahead to have a pick up ready for your discharge day.
